Gather at home plate. Sprint to right field fence, 10 burpees. Sprint to left field fence, 10 burpees. Sprint home, 10 burpees. Plank and wait. Repeat.
Jog to the tennis courts. Balls to the wall x 25, sprint to far fence, 10 burpees, sprint back, squat hold. Repeat 2 more times, replacing burpees with ‘Mericans.
Bear crawl to far fence, 10 Mericans, gorilla crawl back.
