PAX of 15 for 90 minutes at the NCMA campus.  Quick warm-up consisting of Imperial Walkers, Modified Nipplers and Mountain Climbers.

Part I: the Maize special, partner chase run with 7 Hand Release Merkins around the lake, past the amphitheater, up to the main entrance and around the museum.  Repeat twice.

Part 2: down under the trees, find a picnic bench.  Merkins X 20, Box Jumps X 20, Dips X 15.  Repeat X 3.

Part 3: divide into two groups.  Fartlek run from shelter to 440 bridge.  Alternate leader roughly every minute.  Leader dictates pace.

Part 4: at bridge, perform Pull-ups X 5 and Reverse Lunges X 4  (Repeat X 5)

Part 5: Indian Run across the bridge and down the opposite hill to bottom of the greenway.  Find your partner and partner chase back to the top.

Part 6: perform 20 Mountain Climbers and 10 reverse pulls (Repeat X 5)

Part 7: fellowship run to the amphitheater

Part 8: Modified Pepe Special, ascending Box Jump from bottom to top of amphitheater and finish with 20 yard sprint to nearest tree.  Repeat AMRAP till time is called.

Part 9: jog to cars and finish with Mary.
