Eight pax posted to a chilly Crick, pax were informed YHC had the Q for the first half and Mr. Slate would be bringing them home in the 2nd half. Disclaimer was given and we were off.
Mosey out to Bruckhaus St. and towards the community center, circling around the school and back to the baskbetball court for warm-ups of……

Mosey out to the sidewalk at the corner of Vogel & BC Pkwy and run the lap around Globe & Bruckhaus back to the entrance steps to the community center. Pax stopped at each light pole for 2 squats, adding 2 squats at each pole. Final pole was 20 squats for a total of 110.
Mosey to the parking lot behind the school & partner-up. Partner 1 did BTTW while Partner 2 ran the short loop around the parking lot. Flapjack & Repeato until pax did 2 rounds of BTTW each. Then Partner 1 did People’s Chair & Partner 2 ran the short loop of parking lot, flapjack to conclude the first half.
Mr. Slate took the helm and informed the pax they would have the privilege of running another lap around Vogel to BC Pkwy to Globe to Bruckhaus, stopping at each intersection for 10 Burpees.
Lap & Burpees complete, mosey back to the basketball court and partner-up again. Partner 1 did WWIIs while Partner 2 ran to each corner of court for 1x Merkin, 1x Burpee, 1x Merkin, 1x Burpee, Flapjack. Then Repeato, sub LBCs for WWIIs on the 2nd round.
Mosey down to the soccer fields for a few 50yd sprints.
Mosey over to the tables under the shelter for a little shooter’s choice as each pax called an exercise for either 10x or 15x. Various selections included 1-Leg Lunges, Irkins, Derkins, The Dip, L-R Step Up, Flutter Kicks, WWIIs, & Homer-to-Marge.
