Many were turned away by the cold (Winter is not done) and threat of rain.  But, 5 strong PAX were there on Friday in the gloomy post-storm early morning for an intense burn at Juggernaut.  No FNGs so a quick disclaimer & we started it up!  Copper Dan was in the parking lot to run our plates and stayed to protect our cars (apparently)!

Warmup:  Side Straddle Hops x 21, Good Mornings x 7, High Knees x 21

Thang:  Indian Run to the front of the park then to the school track.  Laps around track with 7 burpees to start then 1 jump squat at other end of track.  Alternated decreasing reps of burpees to 1 and increasing reps of jumpsquats to 7 with each lap around track OYO.  Then, lunges alternated with standing broad jump 7 count for each for 100 meters.  Indian Run back to park.

At Rock area, Rock curls, 7 tricep extensions, 7 rock squats, 7 overhead press and 7 merkins– 5 sets—- return rocks & bear crawl to top of hill.  Mosey to covered area.

At Covered area, 21 step up step downs, 7 durkins, 7 bench dips were followed by chair stance on wall for 7 count per each PAX x 2…

Mary:  Each PAX chose a workout with 15 reps, Dabo finished with 14 LBCs, 14 boxcutters and 43 American hammers (turned 43 last week).
