The Thang

Timer was set for 5 min for PAX to AMRAP a 10 yard shuttle drill.   Partnered up (A&B), A ran the shuttle, B held plank and started after A finished.

8 rounds, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each exercise.  1 minute rest between each interval.

Praise for a donor that came through for Mongoose’s school.  Prayers for Tucker, a 7 year old battling leukemia that New Mexico knows.  Also prayers for a 7 week old baby named McKenna–She was at her father’s softball game when a stray ball hit her in the head.  She has been hospitalized ever since on a heavy cocktail of medications keeping her alive.  While she has shown a great deal of improvement since the accident, she still has a long road to recover.
