2 PAX arrived in the humid morn for a top shelf beatdown.

Warm-up:
Jog 100 yards and back
SSH x 20
Windmills x 20
LBAC x ??

The Thang: 4 corners
Run 50 yards to corner, then do:
10 Merkins
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Dry Docks
10 Jump lunges
10 Air-squats
Then run 100 yards to opposite corner and REPEATO.

We did 8 sets of corner exercises

Back at top:
Sprint 25 yards, walk 25 yards, sprint 25 yards, walk 25 yards, then do it again back to elevators.
