YHC has been quite derelict in posting Back Blasts.  Today, the enthusiasm of a 2.0 who earned the name BOOM with his energy and loud and clear cadence counts, was the hero of the workout.  He inspired me to get off my proverbial rear end and post this.

I had something totally different in mind for today.  When Pigpen rolled up with his 2.0, I hastily went to a back up plan, the old standard, Square Root.

Warm Up:

Neck Rolls – Q count

Mountain Climbers x 15

Merkins x 15

Butterfly Stretch – Q count

Hindu Merkins (stretch) – Q count

Imperial Walkers x 15

Prayer Squat x 15

To the square in the circle for a few rounds of Square Root:

PAX finds spot at 4 corners and midpoint (geometry lesson)

Two exercises at each station, one rock, one called, leave your rock then rotate clockwise to next rock:

3 rounds of 5 rock exercises: Curls, Overhead Press, Tricep Extentions, Rock Squats and Bent Over Rows

Alternating with:

Freddie Mercs, LBC, Homer to Marge, Homer Marching to Marge, Nippler, Flutter Kicks, Six Inch Leg Hold, American Hammer, Merkins, SSH and Imperial Walker (maybe a couple I missed)
