Standard AO:
Ran to the grass field between parking lots for warm up.
Side straddle ups: 35 inc

We began running backwards around the baseball field track to the Southeast parking lot of Womble park. 10 burpees (oyu) midway to wait for the six, 10 more when we reached the parking lot.
At the parking lot we did 5×10 merkin buffet with sprint breaks. We then partnered in pairs to partner carry. Each partner carried the other two times on the back across the lot. We continued with bear crawls to the midpoint of the lot and crab walked the remaining, this was done two times too. We then rendezvoused to do 30 squats (10 regulars, 10 with legs together and 10 with feet pointing outwards).
The pax recovered running back to the starting point were we formed a circle and did 20 Peter Parkers while joined by the kettle bell group and runners. We began cooling down with different exercises in reps of 10 called out by each man in the circle.
