6 PAX got their new year started right at The Falcon. Floyd made his Falcon debut and welcome back Cornhole! A run down to the track with an extra credit lap got us started.

We then headed to the newly found pull-up bar for two rounds of sets of 10. One group called the exercise for the others to do. There were freddy mercuries, Wojo’s, merkins, squats, low plank holds. We then walking lunged half the parking lot, 10 merkins, walking lunged the rest, 10 merkins, and backwards run back.
Next up was a Jacob’s ladder with a burpee at the top and 10 merkins at the bottom. We did this until we did 5 burpees at the top while still doing 10 merkins each time at the bottom.
The group went back to the parking lot for broad jumps halfway, 10 dry docks, broad jump the rest, 10 dry docks, and a backwards run back.
Mary consisted of LBC’s, boxcutters, and long slow flutters.
It was a great way to start the New Year.
