The Thang:
Warm-Up Run on the Substitute Blue Loop and warm up at the marble parking lot next to the big statue
Partner Up at top of the amphiteather:
Partner 1 runs loop around the stage and up the metal stairwell
Partner 2 performs AMRAP of the following: 4 Burpees, 4 WW2s, 4 Hand Release Merkins
Partner tags, repeat. After every rotation the count goes up by 2 for each exercise in the set.
At 6:13 mosey hault all exercising and report to the marble parking lot for COT and Denali requesting your attendance to Manna
