Switch x 10

Back down the hill:
Standing lunges x 20
Run up the hill x 1
High plank x 10
Diamond Merkins x 10

Jog up to the courtyard:
Hello dolly x 20
Bridge march x 10 ea leg
Freddie Mercs x 20
LBC x 20
