This workout was nearly a week ago so I don’t remember everything we did. But I clearly recall thinking I’d arrived at the wrong AO when YoYo walked up. After hearing a few PAX whispering “maybe he’s hurt” & “maybe he’s lost”, YHC disclaimed the 3 FNG’s among us & away we went. Jog thru the Pullen Park gates & hang a right to the playground for 3 times around the grass oval. Countrywide joins in & now we’re official. Continue the jog over to the amphitheatre grass & circle up.

WARM-UP/COP: 3 burpees OYO > SSH > GM > IW > WM > MC > Merkins > 3 burpees OYO

THAT THANG: Jog over to the grand stone staircase for Stairbarrows to the tippy top (flapjack & repeato)

Continue on the jog up the path to picnic shelter.

L/R step-ups x 20 > Irkins x 20 > Boxjumps x 5
L/R step-ups x 15 > Irkins x 15 > Boxjumps x 5
L/R step-ups x 10 > Irkins x 10 > Boxjumps x 5

Proceed to the upper parking lot & around the hedges. Cross the railroad tracks & arrive at the baseball field. Count off 1’s & 2’s.

2’s Peoples Chair on the backstop while 1’s sprint to right field fence for 20 Prisoner Squats & return (flapjack)
2’s Squat Hold while 1’s sprint to center field fence for 20 Merkins & return (flapjack)
2’s Plank Hold while 1’s sprint to left field fence for 20 Star Jumps & return (flapjack)

Exit baseball field, cross the railroad tracks, & fellowship run over to Franzia’s pump house. BTTW x 20 (repeato)

Jog across the parking lot & re-enter the Pullen Park gate.
