20 PAX posted on a humid Monday North Hills morning.  In quiet fashion PAX moved on out from gathering area.  Ran to parking lot near tennis courts.  Rain Man read verses from Genesis 1:1-4 reminding PAX that God was present in the darkness when the Earth was created and He was present in the darkness as we pushed each other on this dawn.

Run to baseball field for Peter Parker (PP) Challenge.  PAX line up on infield/outfield grass line, OYO 10 PP, sprint to fence, 12 PP OYO, sprint back, rinse and repeat until hit 20 PP.  First guy to finish lead PAX in Mary at pitcher’s mound.

Run over to tennis courts.  Counted off into 4 teams.  All PAX begin in center for 10 SSH.  Then each team proceeded to a station via bear crawl:

  • 20 Monkey Humpers

  • 50 LBC’s

Then after each rotation, bear crawl back to center for 10 SSH and then proceed to next station via bear crawl until all stations completed.

Run to bottom of Sisyphus for the Human Ski Lift.  Partner up by like size.  Run with partner on your back up Sisyphus as long as you can go, flap jack, and continue until reach top.

Once all PAX completed, we did centipede / Veronica Corningstone until Rain Man called Mercy.

Run back to front parking lot for Mary:

  • Protractor
  • Obliques – left and right side

Rain Man finished reading Psalm 1:1-4 and challenged PAX to reflect on what type of fruit they bear as Psalmist reminded us that a man who reflects and meditates on God’s word is like a tree planted near water that bears fruit in season.  Elsinore took us out in prayer in Ball To Man.
