12 pax posted for Disney on this beautiful morning!  YHC has a run themed workout all planned out with 7 stops as we toured the west lake area.  We scouted the route out at 5:15 but to no avail – someone took a wrong turn and we got a little lost on our way – we ended covering some extra distance.

We went on a 2 (really almost 3) mile loop with 7 pain stops at each stop we did 5, 10, 20 reps of listed exersize

  • Stop 2:  Burpee, Wide Grip, LBC
  • Stop 3:  Burpee, Diamond, Hand release, Squats
  • Stop 4:  Burpee,  Broke Back Dekins, Freddy Merc
  • Stop 5:  Burpee, Standard Merkins, Squats
  • Stop 6:  Burpee, Merkins, WW2
  • Stop 7:  Burpee, Wide, Squats
