After 5 months and many taunts/reminders/hints I did my VQ.  With a good turnout of 10 (including a rare appearance by Nutmeg) we got started quickly.

Run to baseball, circle up for Warm up

Indian Run to far parking lot for some 4 corners

Floyd Mayweather (Plank Punch) x10, Sumo Squats x10, LBC x10, Merkins x10, Plank it out to all are done.  Repeat x 4

Run to rock pile

Curls x10 (Rock down and step to left), Triceps x10 (Rock down and step to left), Overhead press x10 (Rock down and step to left), Arm raises x10 (Rock down and step to left), Repeat x 2

Run to bball court for Suicides

At first line Merkins x 10, At second line LBC x10, At third line Merkins x 10, At end line LBC x 10, Plank it out till all are done. Repeat x 4

Low slow flutter x 10, Reverse LBC x 10, Freddie mercury x 10, Pretzel crunch x 10, 6 in leg hold for last 30 seconds
