It was a brisk Monday morning. Fifteen PAX showed up to start the week off right.

Warmup:
– Side straddle hop – 25 IC
– 1 lap around track
– Good morning – 10 IC
– Lunges – 10 each leg IC
– Merkins – 15 IC
– Mountain climbers – 10 IC

The Thang:

Break up into two teams.

Team 1:
– Step up and switch, explosively. 10 each leg, IC.
– Clap merkins – 5 or 10
– Plank until other team back.

Team 2: Run 1/3 of track and near spring, walk 1/3, then run last 1/3.

Recover.

As one big group:
– Lunge jumps
– Diamond merkins
– High knees
– T merkins

Recover.

Jog up to field. Partner carries down and back.
Jog around field to recover.

Back to parking lot. As a group:
– 1-legged squats. 10 each leg.
– Single-leg deadlift. 10 each leg.
– 1 legged squats. 2 sets of 5 each leg.

Mary:
– Partner planks. Shake hands, raise legs, etc.
– Bridges for 10.
