Two eager Pax arrived at the appointed time for our beat down at ground and pound. I received a late night call from Pergo to Q, so this was going to be interesting. Took off on a beautiful Spring morning to the back parking lot.

One Runs the length of the parking lot while the other Pax helps complete a series of exercises.

While running the parking lot we noticed a graveyard dead, slightly flattened squirrel in the middle of the parking lot. Needless to say the squirrel did not help us with our exercise totals, but it did make us run faster.

The question still remains in my mind. How does a perfectly good squirrel end up flattened in the middle of a parking lot, at a Christian School no less. I guess he could have been waiting there for ground and pound, an fell asleep under a car wheel. We will never know?????????????
