YHC had a normal beat down planned for the PAX. Got to AO early for extra credit and realized that YHC needed a porta-jon. Luckily McDonalds was open. AHHHHHHHHH! but missed EC.

PAX started to gather and 1 FNG announced him self, (he stated he went to The Forge on Tuesday and didn’t get a F3 Name, FOR SHAME). So we are off with the disclaimer being stated. Run to the front parking lot beside sears and circle up.

  • 10 Single Count Merkins

Line up for 1 Gasser and then assemble in front of Sears door or aka the start of the track.

THE THANG: Plank after each set and wait on the six.

10 IC Merkins & line up on Gasser Line for modified gasser.

  • Bear crawl to crosswalk (1/4 of the way) and then finish the gasser sprinting.
  • Bear crawl to crosswalk while starting on the opposite end (3/4 of the way to crosswalk) and then finish the gasser sprinting.
  • 20LBCs and sprint to other side
  • 20LBCs and sprint to other side

Some where during the sprints Country Wide showed up. Pays to be on time. 1/2 Credit.

Run back to the parking deck where attempted to do burpees and box jumps. Traffic was fierce. Audible.

5 burpees OYO, Instructed PAX to burpee broadjump to other side of parking lot. PAX started before I finished instructions so another 5 burpees.

Line up to sprint to stop sign and then circle up for Mary.
