Quick Warmup – Arm Circles, 2 laps around the parking lot
• Pax heads to the bottom of THWM. Ruckers – fast walk up THWM with rucks locked overhead. Non Ruckers, Sprint to the top of hill and then head back downhill for partner buddy carries
• PAx heads to the bottom of THWM. Ruckers – fast walk up THWM with rucks locked overhead. Non ruckers, Sprint 1/3, lunge walked, 1/3 and then travel burped 1/3 of THWM
• Pax did merkins to Thunderstruck!
• Pax did burpees to Roxeanne
• Pax did 50 flutter kicks
• Pax does another 35 flutter kicks
• Pax heads to top of parking lot for 2 sets of buddy carries
• PAx finishes with ring of fire 10 count low hold
