Big turnout at the Nut. With 40 new bricks at our disposal, it was time to get down to business.
Warm Up: Over to the drainage area for each person to grab a set of bricks. Run back around the front of the school off to the normal warm up circle for SSH x20 (no bricks), Windmill x10, Fazio Arm Circles x10 forward x10 backwards.
After warm ups, the PAX partnered up in groups of 3. From there, the PAX headed over to the far side of the track where 3 cones were set up long ways across the field. Partner 1 stayed put for a bear crawl with the bricks to the first cone, while the 2nd partner waited at the first cone holding the bricks out to the side, and the 3rd partner ran from the first cone to the far side of the track and back to the starting point with bricks in tow. Each partner cycled through progressively extending the bear crawl to the second and third cones. After the PAX completed the 3 round cycle, everyone repeated with doing lunge walks with bricks held out in front instead of bear crawling. Same 3 round cycle.
Next up, were Jack Webs with a 1 to 5 ratio up to 7 and 35. The PAX through their bricks down in disgust (and exhaustion) prior to jogging them back to their new resting place. The PAX reconvened back to the original warm up point for one last exercise of partner leg presses in the same groups of 3 up to 150 in a dora format running to the end of the street and back to switch.
