Just in time for tomorrow’s Hi-Fi, here’s the backblast from last week’s Hi-Fi.  This way you can be extra excited for tomorrow.

16 mountaineers in all.

First we ran up to the top of Horton and back down to the bottom at the entrance to the Greenway and warmed up a bit.

Then we ran to the top of the hill where the big bridge crosses over 40, took ten deep breaths, and sprinted all the way across the bridge.  Once everyone got there we ran down the other side and up towards the fork towards the corn cob and waited at the fork for everybody.  Once they all got in we ran down the hill towards the rock pile and back up towards the dojo till there was no more hill to climb.  From there we ran back up to the fork and turned around and came right back to where we were.  Then we ran back to the fork again.  Then we ran back up to the bridge over 40 and sprinted 2×2 across the bridge.  Once on the other side we moseyed down to the bottom.  For the Grand Finale, we did a big ass half pipe and ran up to the top of the hill by the bridge again, turned right back around and ran back down and then went all the way to Horton then up to Ridge.  That was a pretty long hill.  To finish up, we did one last sprint up to the parking lot.  Then we stretched out a little and everyone talked about how much fun it is to be able to run hills.
