Judge Final Blast…
arrive at 5:28 and find a partner. at 5:30 sharp you and said partner start running; as you’re running, mix in some exercises along the way. at 6:12 arrive back at parking lot for COT. the end..
Ok…just kidding…although the real pre-blast isn’t that much different. Here goes:
Original route – closed. See audible below..
Audible …. New route – exercises remain the same – from parking lot to courtyard area- right around back of amphitheater – towards the lake – keep lake to your left – end of trail turn left – take to the picnic area – go through picnic area towards the right to road at bottom of hill (near the maintenance building) – turn around and head up the hill to the parking lot –
Rinse and repeat for total of 3 laps.
Need to be back at starting point by 6:12 so if for some reason you can’t make it around 3 times (i.e. Chippy), plan your appropriate turn around point, or reduction of pain stations, to get back in time.
Exercises along the way – 3 stops per lap – you should have 9 stops/stations total – you stop with your partner – do 20 reps each, of two exercises (i.e. 40 reps total), you pick-em from: merkins, partner derkins, plank jacks, lunges, sumo squats, prisoner squats, LBCs, dying cockroach, or low flutter.
When you’re done with two or three laps, continue with laps in the parking lot – from about where we park – 10 star jumps – run to the far side of the parking lot – 10 burpees – repeat until everyone is back.
