All rise. Hear ye! Hear ye! Hear ye! The Judge will be in session tomorrow at 5:30 sharp. After a short briefing, our trial will begin in the grass behind the old building. Partners will be running in one big circle, alternating direction after each lap. Along the way, they will negotiate four pain stations:  One at the start. One at the top of the grassy knoll. One behind the DoJo. And one on the dam. Partners will return to the starting point and begin lap two. Heading back in the opposite direction. Repeating the stations and exercises. At 6:08 return to the starting point.

There are 4 exercises to remember:  Merkins, LBCs, Squats and Cockroaches.

Stop 1:  23 Merkins & 23 LBCs
Stop 2:  23 LBCs & 23 Squats
Stop 3:  23 Squats & 23 Cockroaches
Stop 4:  23 Cockroaches & 23 Merkins

Oh, and one more thing:  Merkins are Partner Hand Clap Merkins, Squats are Sumo Squats, and Cockroaches are always dying.
