I’ve had this circuit rattling around in my head since I stole sampled it from MBB a couple weeks ago – and of course, “made it my own” – so we’re not gonna let a little mud and/or wet grass deter us.

Mosey from the parking lot past the amphitheater to the top of the grass hill.  Quick warm up at the top of the hill, then partner up if you haven’t already.

The Thang:

Run to the arches – 20 Makhtar N’Diayes

Around the Dojo to the lake – 20 star jumps

Run around the lake in the opposite direction of your partner – 10 partner clap merkins when you meet on the other side, 10 more when you meet again.

Continue toward the bottom of the grass hill, veer right to the wall – 10 times over the wall with one burpee as you land on each side.  Over the wall and back counts as two.

Go back to the bottom of the grass hill.  Wheelbarrow to the top of the hill, alternating as needed.

Repeato until ~6:08.  Return to the parking lot for Mary.
