5 PAX posted at Catalyst today.  Why were there so few PAX on this 1st day of November?

  1. It was 47 degrees and raining
  2. Halloween hangover from either beer or candy kept PAX in fart sacking position
  3. There were really 35 PAX there and 30 of them forgot to take off their invisible man costumes from last night

  • Hop up on one leg (left leg) to top of stairs, line up along fence for balls to fence durkins X15 and back to bottom of stairs
  • Hop up one right leg to top of stairs, go to bike rack for urkins X20 and back to bottom of stairs
  • Both feet hop up to top of stairs, go to step for mini dips X20 and back to bottom of stairs
  • Hop up on right leg, line up along fence for balls to fence durkins X15
  • Hop up on left leg, go to bike rack for urkins X20
  • Hop up on both feet, go to step for mini durkins X20

Mosey over to First Citizens building off Rowan for Pin Ball (parking lot islands and light posts represented bumpers):

  • Bumper 1 – partner plank/durkins
  • Bumper 2 – knee ups X20
  • Bumper 3 – partner over/unders (partner 1 plank, partner 2 jump over partner 1 and then climb under partner 1 and flap jack)
  • Bumper 4 – mini dips – X20
  • Bumper 5 – air squats – X20
  • Bumper 6 – burpees X20
  • PAX did so great they got a “free ball” so at top of parking lot PAX performed Balls To Wall in cadence X20

Run backwards to level 1 and perform series of the following:

  • Run up to level 2, 10 box cutters, run back down and 10 burpees, run back to level 2 and 10 box cutters, plank to all done
  • Crab walk to level 3, bear crawl back to level 2 and run back to level 3, plank to all done
  • Run to level 4, 20 dips, run back to level 3 and 20 durkins and back to level 4
  • Run to level 5, 30 monkey humpers, run back to level 4 and 30 merkins, back to level 5 for 30 monkey humpers, low squat hold to all done
  • PMS – run to level 6 and 20 prisoner squats, back to level 5 and 20 merkins and back to level 6 for 20 star jumps

Run down stairs and then back for COT.
