Prayer request were for death in friends family and our nation during the elections.  Aflac lead us out in prayer.

Personal Note:  I want to thank Java for inviting me to F3 and to the men I have met.  Over the last 3 months I have felt a steady increase in my well being; physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Thanks to you all,

Tinkertoy
