  • Sir Fazio Arm Circles – 30x both ways with a 10-count hold by each pax in between

Mosey over to the bus loop in front of the school for the following:

  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 5x each – then run lap around bus loop
  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 10x each – then run lap around bus loop
  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 15x each – then run lap around bus loop
  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 20x each – then run lap around bus loop
  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 15x each – then run lap around bus loop
  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 10x each – then run lap around bus loop
  • Squats & Monkey Humpers – 5x each

Mosey to the parking lot behind the school & partner-up.  Partner 1 did People’s Chair while Partner 2 ran the long loop of parking lot.  Flapjack & Repeato until pax did 2 rounds of PC each.

Then 30x of BTTW, run short loop of parking lot, then 15x BTTW
