Mozy to the Ball Field for Around the Horn….Bear Crawl to 1st Run to the fence, Crab Walk to 2nd Run to the fence, Lunge Walk to 3rd run to the fence and sprint to Home. Peoples Chair 10 count down the line, BTTW 10 count down the line. Back to Home Plate – Bear Crawl to 1st Base – 20 Prisoner Squats, Crab Walk to 2nd – 30 LBC’s, Lunge Walk to 3rd base 40 Merkins Sprint home. Peoples Chair 10 count down the line, BTTW 10 count down the line.
Mozied down the Greenway to Glen Eden – Step Ups on the Bolders X 15, Urkins X 15, Durkins X 15. Run up the hill to the stop light on Edwards Mill at each street lamp 5 Burpees. Mozied back to the park.
