12 PAX (eventually) posted for what was supposed to be a Popeye-led beatdown. Unfortunately, YHC missed the beginning, but Zima served pre-spinach cocktails for everyone. Here’s what went down.
- Warm up exercises occurred
- Run to the docks for elevator merkins, irkins, and single leg presses x 10 with 5 burpees between each exercise
- Run to the rock pile and grab a rock. Walk down and back across the bridge doing overhead presses, curls, and extensions. Group splits up and half does alternating merkins with their rocks while the other half runs across the bridge and back. Flapjack.
- Return rocks and run to the upper parking lot for plank-o-rama.
- YHC shows up.
- Run back down the trail to the dam. Partner wheelbarrow across and then run to the bottom of the dam.
- Run back to the top of the dam hill. Merkins x 20, squats x 25, LBCs x 30.
- Mosey back to the parking lot for some Mary.
