Pax of 8 with a 2.0 included showed up for a great weathered beach prep session at Thunder. It felt great at 7PM and we rolled out to what would prove to be some real good chest pain.

Partner up for a Lazy Dora. Partner 1 does a set of the first exercise while partner 2 holds the second exercise, go until completing prescribed number between the two:

  • 100 Merkins / Plank hold
  • 200 LBCs / 6 inches
  • 300 squats / squat hold

Next we grabbed some wall for some ascending testicles – 10 merkins flat, 10 at 45 degrees, 5 at BTTW, 10 at 45 degrees, 10 more flat

Since all that chest was so much fun, we went over to the track to do some more. With partner, wheelbarrel going to the white fence. Partners can switch whenever they want, but each time a switch happens is n+1 burpees (i.e. 1 burpee first switch, 2 second switch)

After much moaning and groaning we made it to the fence – we then imperail march/indian ran back to the amphitheater.

No beach prep session is complete without some curls for the girls – we did curls to Flower (B-Sides) aka Bring Sally Up.
