~15 PAX gathered at Lourdes of Discipline in the cold moon light this morning. We were all business, and so is this back blast. The Thang:
Start at Greenway entrance and run towards Anderson, drop for 20 merkens, cross Anderson and continue on Greenway to Lassiter Mill. Distance of ~1.5 miles. Along the way, stops for 15 burpees. 20 LBCs, 20 monkey humpers, bear crawl across the first long bridge, lunge walk across the 2nd, wide grip merkens, squat holds, and plank holds with Left and Right Arms/ Legs held up at various times.
When we reached Lassiter Mill, we ran to the bridge over Crabtree Creek and did 25 incline merkens. Lined up for Indian Run, turned around and went back the 1.5 miles to where we started. Stops along the way for 25 prisoner squats, 20 nipler merkens, 30 WW2 sit-ups, 15 burpees, lunge walk across one long bridge, bear crawl across the other, squat holds, planks and then a final 1/4 mile sprint back to starting point. Circled up for LBC pyramid 5-10-15-20-15-10-5 and then around the circle with a leg hold with each PAX counting to 5.Thanks to Swing Line for taking us out.
