Jog down trail and around to patio area. 15x dips, 15x sumo squats, 20x dips, 15 prisoner squats, 15xdips, 15x star jumps.
Jog to bottom of big hill. 1’s head up the long flight of stairs making sure to hit each on and down and repeat for 2 times up and down. 2’s sumo squats oyo until 1’s finish and flapjack. Repeato with 1’s up and down 2x with 5 merkeins at the top each time. 2’s lbc’s and hammers until 1’s finish. Flapjack. Jog back up stairs and 15x irkeins, 20 l/r step ups. Jog up hill and past shelter. Find the inspirational chalk writing instructing the pax about foreskin and the pros and cons of it. Burt read it aloud to us. Very moving.
