3 men posted today for Detox and with the heat & humidity we were sufficiently detoxed by the end of the workout.  Began with a lap around the track and then back to the parking lot for 25 side straddle hops, 15 good mornings, 20 sir fazio arm circles, 20 mountain climbers, and 20 merkins

Each man grabbed a sand bag and we headed back to the track for a Spartan 400/String of Pearls.  We ran with the sand bag around the track stopping at the north, south, east, and west points and did 25 reps of exercises (dry docks, low slow flutter, merkiins, LBC).  We did four laps for a total of 100 of each exercise.  Deposited the bags back in their place and over to the swing set for a Dora of 100 pull ups.  One man was turning a hot lap around the track while the other two alternated pull ups.  Each man took a lap and we did 100 pull ups between the three of us
