Ok, so there was NO streaking other than the streaks we left behind from our rocket-like speed. 9 PAX showed up for Wake Forest AGOGE this am @ 0545AM. We circled up promptly, welcomed one FNG, and did our thang:
Warmup:
SSH x 15, Imperial Walkers x 15, Merkins x 15
The Thang:
PAX mosied on over to the first building on our tour, Patterson Hall. One lap around Patterson, then over to “the wall” at the Ledford Center. Balls to the wall at Ledford, 1 20 count set, followed by another 25 count set, then quickly over to Bostwick Hall. 10 burpess OYO @ Bostwick, then mosied over to Prince Building for some curls (x10) and rows (x10) (mainly because I think Prince “rocks”). Arrived at Goldston Hall to a lovely stone wall hand crafted specifically for dips (1 set x10, 1 set x15). Then it was on to the library to get our learn on. At the library we “booked” around the circle towards the gazebo and Chapel, back to the library and then 10 merkins. From the library it was on to Stealy Hall with a bear crawl out to the Gazebo (20 LBCs) and then bear crawl back. From Stealy it was onward and upward to Appleby Hall where we leveraged a nice double ramp for some crab walks followed by 15 prisoner squats and planking. Since some of the guys were a little winded I decided to let half the PAX take a break with a partner carry from Appleby to Stephens-Mackie Hall. Then it was on to Jacumin-Simpson Missions Center where the PAX ‘mission” was to sprint to the chapel, up and down the stairs, and back. Once back to the missions center we karaoke’d back to the chapel, busted out 15 irkins, followed by 15 durkins. From the chapel we mosied over to Adams Hall for a little “Adams Family Circle”….. 5 laps around the circle followed by planks and then over to the Broyhill Building. Since Broyhill makes furniture we decided to put our feet up, lay down, and bust out 25 WWII situps. After the situps it was over to the last buidling, Lolly Hall (all the way across campus). Since lots of people refer to lollipops as “lollies” I decided it would only be fitting to give the PAX something that sucks…. thus, 20 burpees OYO, then a sprint to the rock pit for some more curls, triceps, and shoulder presses.

Moleskin:
Been a while since I have Q’d. Felt really good to get back out and lead again as I was on unofficial hiatus while dealing with my best friend’s struggle and passing from lung cancer. Have to admit, I thought of every excuse possible not to Q today, but can’t think of one reason now as to why I won’t be doing it again soon. Field and Stream, welcome to F3, and we hope to see you again in the gloom soon. Let’s all remember to spread the word… keep an eye out for any sad clowns, or any man you see that could benefit from being a part of something bigger than themselves. Love you guys and appreciate the opportunity to lead you today. – Snuffy
