Grab a partner and gun for a trophy (or just getting faster/stronger)!

The Thang:

In the parking lot, 10 burpees. Run down the driveway next to the NCMA doing 10 merkins at each speed bump. Run all the way down to the maintenance shed, 10 star jumps and 10 derkins off your partners back (each person does 10).

Run up the hill, take a left toward the lake. Run to the picnic tables. 10 dips/10 jump-ups. Run toward the lake.

Run halfway around the lake to the bridge. 10 partner handshakers (merkin then hand slap)/10 LBCs off your partners back.

Run back toward the picnic tables and do the same exercises at each station from before but moving back toward the parking lot.

Go until 6:10. Try to get through three up and backs. This is going to be fast and the body will warm up quick!
