In the wake of New Mexico’s absence, the PAX surged ahead and clubbed out a daunting sub 30F workout at Possum Trot

Warm Up (still cold though)

Lap around the courts and down the hill to the lit area:

25 Side Straddle Hop,  20  Good Morning, Downward Dog, Runner’s Stretch both sides w/ a twist, Arm Circles, Shoulder twists, Pec Stretch

Off to the softball Field for the ultimate beatdown:

Yogi Berra Crawl Slam:

Lighted Cones were placed at each base on the diamond.  Bear Crawl to each base with designed workouts at each cone.

1st Base after bear crawl:  High intensity high knees with 10 down ups mixed in (modified to just high knees in later round.

2nd Base after Bear Crawl:  20 Jumping Lunges.

3rd Base after Bear Crawl:  30 ‘Mericans

Bear crawl to Home Plate.  From Home plate, jog through the infield, and then Sprint to Center Field fence.  At the fence, 10 deep assisted squats.  Jog/Sprint back to home plate for Round 2…..then Round 3……then Round 4

After Round 4, 40 squats

Recover on the jog back to the Tennis Courts for Mary:

25 Low Slow Flutter, 25 Ankle Grabbers, Plank Regular for 20, Right side Plank for 20, Left side Plank for 20, Chill Cut Plank around the horn 5 seconds each.

We had 12 Rock Stars in attendance who crushed a tough one this morning.  Phone was dead, so I couldn’t get all the names in.  You know who you are!  Great work, men.
