Virgin post, virgin Q at Root Elementary for YHC.  A few weeks ago, Larry David encouraged me to sign up to Q one of the 3 weekly non-running bootcamps.  Why?  Well, for one, he had just done it.  But more importantly, since the non-running bootcamps’ launch last fall, Cornholio and Dice single-handedly have Q’d 50+ times, maybe more.  So, I like to run, but I signed up.  It was fun.  You should do the same.  #isi

Up stairs to picnic tables on balcony for windmills, Sir Fazios, good mornings, irkins, derkins, dips, all x 20.  Jump ups x 10.  Repeat x 15 + jump ups x 10.

Downstairs to corridor of pain for plank, then nipplers, mtn climbers, plank jack, plank walk right, nipplers, mtn climbers, plank jack, plank walk left, mtn climbers.  Done.

To track for 3 stations of tabata.  Orwell, where were you?

Station 1 SSH x 25, Squats x 25, merkins x 10, Walk-Outs OYO x 5, High Knees x 30 secs.

Animal crawl 1/4 way around track to Station 2 for Burpees x 40 secs, squat holds x 20 secs, CDD x 40 secs, squat holds x 20 sec.  Repeat.

Lunge walk to Station 3 for jump squats x 30 secs, plank x 30 secs, alternating lunge jumps x 30 secs, mtn climbers x 30 secs.  Repeat.

Circle up for Mary:

Glute/ham walk x 10 reps OYO, LBC and heels to heaven x 20.
