Urban Jungle was AO Maize asked YHC, Wilson and Gnobby with a “G” to start a good while back. I love this site, and its many memories. Monday’s Q at NH wasn’t enjoyed by by but 3 others so it came back for a repeat and the 22 today enjoyed the same workout…as follows:

Mozey to NH across Six Forks…YHC made a mess of this crossing from a safety stand point…our return held to safety being subordinate to nothing.
Find a real small hill for:
- 11s, with Monkey Humpers at bottom, Goblet Squats at top. Navigate this small hill by Backward Bear Crawls up the hill and run down. These are exhausting, and a good aerobic push.
Mosey to Rock Pile back across Six Forks and congregate at the Rock Pile. Pick a Rock and do: 1) Curls 2) Overhead Rock Press 3) Tricep Extensions 4) Ruh Rows x 3…swapping rocks between sets. Appeared to me Gaines won the prize for the biggest rock…and those subsequently swapping with him suffered mightily.
Run to parking deck next to AO starting point. Rabbits were cut loose and got there much quicker than the turtles (YHC included). 4-Corners called with the corner counts being set at 10, 20, 30, 40 of Merkins (in Honor/Deference to Larry David).
Mosey on to AO starting point for 52 LBC/BLT’s…then Have a Nice Day and we’re done.
