After a strong start with 19 PAX, Wendell G felt the pain and asked if we were at the Forge. After confirmation, he muttered something about starting a new Q at a local Gymboree. His new workout will be Monday-Wednesday after mid-morning naps. Be sure to bring your sippy cups filled with water or juice boxes.
