The Shovel Flag was planted in the gloom.  No signs of life were to be found except for a few swimmers heading to the swimming pool.   When the fire in the belly and the burning desire come together…a new determination is forged.  The Apostle Paul wrote, “I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”  We engage in the work…to master our bodies so that we too will not be disqualified.

The Q suffered a low blood sugar incident during our star jumps and CDDs, but the PAX carried on strong.  Well done men.

It was great to have the light start to show a little bit.  The trails in the park are still very dark and YHC will need to reconsider running on them with all the loose branches and random junk waiting to take someone down.

A lot of fartsacking left the numbers small, but the faithful pressed on.

Prayers offered up for all those affected by the bombing in Boston.
