‘Evolution of Man (Extended Version)’
Cones are placed about 5 yards a part. Complete first exercise to the first cones. Complete the exercise going backwards to the beginning. At each beginning complete 10 Cinder Curls or 10 Cinder Squats. Then do the next exercise to the second cone…..and so on.

‘Hillbarrow’
Wheelbarrow up the hill three times for each partner and bear crawl back down. Complete 10 squats at the bottom.
