Below is the Preblast for the Pepe 300. This workout is partner centric and also race centric. EH a partner for Thursday AM. Size and Speed do matter.
Mosey down to the weird statue and shiny marble black surface. Quick Warm Up here. Partner up. Speed and Size Matter. Counts go up by two each round.
Circuit Pepe 300 – Counts go up by two each round. All counts start at 10 except Mary exercises which start at 20.
In starting area do 20 Freddy Mercuries (single count), 10 Red Card Specials aka Jumping Lunges.
Mosey down toward the amphitheater along the stairs closest to the bathrooms. Once at the top of theater, bear crawl down the stairs to the bottom of the amphitheater. 10 Hail Marys (Dips with feet on Partners back while they plank)
Box Jump to the top of the amphitheater. 10 Partner Clap Merkins.
Run to the Y in the path at the Lake. Do ten Partner Squats with Partner on your back.
Each Partner take a different route around. When they meet do Ten Partner Derkins.
Continue on path until you meet again at the Y in the path. Do 20 LBCs
This is where the quick runners can make up time. Hustle right back up the path to the start and do it all over again. Repeato until roughly 6:10.
