Despite the pre-hyped mumblechatter, Red Card steamrolling prediction, and Vector Victor’s advertisement, 29 PAX arrived for Ball Bearings this morning. YHC felt the tension and expectations were high, and hopefully responded appropriately. Also, 7 PAX arrived earlier for some thing called a pre-run?

 

Jog up Washington st, cut through the office buildings parking lot and take a left on st. marys, take a left by the dentist parking lot, cut through the house at the park and go down the hill to centerfield of the softball field

 

-SSH x 20

-Good Mornings x 15

-Imperial Walkers x 15

-Mountain Climbers x 15

-Plank Jacks  x 15

-Mountain Climber(x4) Merkin(x1) Knee Up(x1) Burpee x 10 OYO

-5 minutes AMRAP of 10 count Chillcutt IN CADENCE and 10 count Carolina Dry Dock

 

Partner up and line up in a straight line 40ish yds from and across the hill adjacent to the softball field.

 

The Thang:

 

With your partner, complete the following exercises together:

100 Merkins

100 WW2s

100 Jump Squats

100 Plank Jacks

100 Star Jumps

While one partner is doing the exercise, the other partner runs to the base of the hill(1 burpee), runs up the hill and to the house(5 knee ups), turns around and then runs back to tag out your partner. Pulled an audible after the first Merkin round because YHC did not realize how far the house was from the top of the hill. We ended up stopping halfway in between the top of the hill and house.

A series of low plank holds, and regular plank holds were done in between each round.

When all 5 rounds were complete, we ran up to the house and back twice. 25 LBCs in cadence between the trips.
