Beginning Thursday, December 4th, F3 is expanding into Garner. Wake Christian Academy is the site for the ‘Ground N Pound’ bootcamp beatdown starting at 5:45am and running till 6:30am. The school is a multi-faceted arena that can house a good weekly downpainment. GnP also looks to employ imaginative “gear” to make the gloom even more miserable or ‘Fun’ for the pain loving PAX.
