A PAX of 12 enjoyed a crisp and rain-free start to October for an out and back again adventure.  YHC was concerned time would be a factor and as a result skipped warm-up and we got straight into it:

PAX crushed the workout, shattering any concern YHC had for time and enabling us to relax and recover with Mary in the parking lot.
