20 PAX started their week off right by entering into the muggy gloom. This was a 4Q workout, as Pinkslip and Overdraft handed off Site Q duties to Peace Pipe and YHC. Founding Site Qs Manram and Wilson were also on hand. With no FNGs, no disclaimer was needed, so we headed off…

WARMUP
Pinkslip took charge with a Warmup that seemed like we were already warm. Start with 25 merkins, then take a lap around the park. Circle up, for Manram to call 15 prisoner cell burpees OYO. Wilson follows with Good Mornings, and we head off around the park again, this time on an Indian Run.

THE THANG
Sufficiently warm, the reigns were handed off to Overdraft, who led us to the picnic tables
Left right step ups x20
Dips x 20
Peoples chair- 10 count down the line
BTTW –  10 count down the line (the first few PAX were counting a little slow)
Right Left Step Ups x20
Dips x 20

Overdraft conceded any remaining time to Peace Pipe.
Off to the Tennis Courts for Blimps
5 of each: burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins (pirate – one leg up), power squats
One round in the circle, then split into 5 groups on corners and middle of tennis court, rotate through the 5 stations

Next, line up on fence, bear crawl to other side, sprint back, then BTTW, on a slow 10 Mississippi count in honor of Overdraft.

YHC took it next.
Mosey over to side of school, then pair up in odds and evens.
Odds run the oval parking lot, evens do pull ups on bottom of railings- quickly nicknamed nipple rubbers by the Pax, who let YHC know their dissatisfaction with the exercise, so YHC called for burpees the next round, then a round with derkins, then finished with alternating one-arm irkins. A couple plank exercises, ending on a low-plan hold with another slow 10 Mississippi count.
Mosey back to parking lot.

MARY
One round of protractor finished us out.

Moleskin
The Forum has been covering Collossians, and last week this is one of the verses we covered:
Ch 4:
[a]Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, [b]making the most of the opportunity. Let your speech always be [c]with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.

The message we got out of that is to to be an example of Christ in how you how you talk to people, in how you respond to people – in all that you do. There’s no better example of this than Overdraft and Pinsklip – thank you, gentlemen, for being examples we should all follow, and for setting a high bar for Peace Pipe and I to keep up.
