10 PAX on easily the nicest morning we have had since May. Darker than YHC expected so things sort of got flip flopped. Disclaimer on the jog around the circle and up to the parking lot for standard warm up routine (SSH, Good Morning, Imperial Walker, Windmills).
THE THANG:
Down to the bottom of the (thankfully somewhat lit) hill. 11s on the hill with merkins at the top, burpees at the bottom. Sounds easy, it wasn’t.
Quick feet x 20 while we caught our breath. Run up the hill to the lot beside the tennis courts. Mary Interlude (short version): 20 LBC and 10 Freddies.
Run to shelter lower parking lot and do NOT wake person sleeping on the bench (looking at you, Fault). Little baby irkin (x 10) and little baby dips (x 10).
Up to dark sort of lit field for THE BEAST. We got thru 6 sets before time was called. Merkin, squat, wide merkin, jump lunge, dry docks, merkins. Burpees were on the docket but didn’t get reached today.
COT, led out by Geddy. Be thankful.
-Did I mention how nice it was out there this morning? Other than a copious amount of dew on the grass in the field, it was darn near perfect.
-None of the BRR guys made it out. Weak.
-Apparently, Chong is talking about his Kokomo thing later this month at lunch. See website for details. Perhaps he will attend a workout between now and then.
-TARP had too much to drink this weekend to post this morning.
