Epoxy and YHC crossed paths the previous evening at Target and extended greetings. To which YHC’s 2.0 began questioning “How do you know him?” This line of questioning continued for several minutes with YHC giving non-descript answers. The M was not amused. Finally the 2.0 asks, “Are you guys on the Dark Side?” Clearly one has to answer the best question of the night. “Why yes….yes we are.” 2.0 perfectly satisfied that her Dad is among a group of truly bad dudes. Warm Up:

  • SSH x20, Imperial Walkers x20, Mountain Climbers x20, 15 Burpees Oyo
  • Run up the road past the aquatic center, and circle around to the rock pile by the Tennis Courts. Plank-o-rama till all PAX arrive

The Thang:

  • Grab a rock of reasonable size. No trading today. Cusack run to the bottom of the half-pipe
  • 11’s up the big hill (not the smaller hill that True Grit used the previous week). Run to the top with Rock. Burpees. Run back down. Squat thrusters.
  • While PAX finish: plank-o-rama, Wide Mericans x10, AMRAP LBC’s
  • Run back up hill and return rock. Prisoner Squats x10 while PAX arrive.
  • Run down to Lake.
  • Bear Crawl full length of both bridges
  • Run to steps on the far side
    • True Grit hops up and down steps x5, Irkins x10, Mini jump ups x10, 10 Derkins x10
    • repeato with True Grit hops x10, and 15 reps the other sufferage.
  • Run to Carousel
