Word came through the interwebs that we may have a couple of 2.0s in our ranks. Including one that would be an FN-little-G. Well not for long. So I promised not to take us on some long jaunt off campus. Save Sisyphus for Monday. But I didn’t make any promises about lack of motion. While we didn’t go far this morning, we moved. And we moved a lot. Here’s what happened:

The extra credit crowd was light, but solid. Blue Crush. Man Ram. Ron Mexico. Not problematic at all. Unless you knew what was planned… Run across the old rickety ass bridge. That thing is going to fall in one day. Search for some good grass to plant our sixes. Back over the reg bridge. Circle up in the grass near the bus stop. It’s very nice grass.

Back down: 20 Squats, 15 Mtn Climbers, 10 Merkins, 5 Burpees
Round 1) Sprint between, plank work at bottom, Nipplers till the 6 arrived
Round 2) Bear Crawl the first and last ramp, backwards run everything else, plank and Low Country Crab for the 6

Stop at each deck for 12 Diamonds, 12 Wide, 12 Standard Merkins

– T-Claps to the EC boys. Knocking out 50 Flutters to start was ridiculous. Apologizes (not). And the Reverse Freddie Mercs just sucked. They’ll be back.
– T-Claps to High Life who helped lead plank work after round 2 on the ramp. YHC was mid-pack.
– The 11s across the deck were also brutal. But everyone stuck with it, including the 2.0s. When I said it was time to wrap it up, guys were still pushing out their last reps. #solid
– At one point during that last set, I looked over and saw Countrywide coaching his 2.0. No stopping them. #ISI
