YHC borrowed a little from the Judge today and decided to have the Agoge PAX see how many times we could run a little route I setup. Seeing as how there are a couple Spartan races coming up in the not too distant future, this was good training. It went like this…

Warmup:
SSH x 25
IM x 25
Windmills x 10
Standard Merkins x 10

The Thang:
Partner up and do a warmup jog over the 1/2 mile course so YHC could explain the 8 stations we would be stopping at. Goal was to complete as many laps of the course as possible. The 8 stations were as follows.

Burpees x 40, shared between partners
Derkins x 25 each
People’s Chair x 60 (in cadence)
Rock carry to top of hill, 5 rocks each, 1 rock per trip
Merkins x 100, shared
American Hammers x 100, shared
Rock carry to bottom of hill, return your 5 rocks to the bottom, 1 rock per trip
WWII Situps x 30 each

Mary:
Low slow flutter x 35

Great to see Sergeant Friday out for his second round of fun at the Agoge training grounds!
